- Enter your registered email address and password in the login form.
- Check your details, then submit the form to continue to your account.
Use your existing account rather than creating another one to resolve a login problem. The account rules limit duplicate accounts, including accounts associated with the same household or device.
Forgot your Boomzino password?
Select Forgot password from the login form. Enter the email address linked to your account and follow the reset instructions sent to that address. If the message does not arrive, check your spam folder and confirm that you used the registered address before requesting help.
If you no longer have access to that email address, use Live Chat on the recovery screen or contact [email protected]. Describe the account-access issue without sending your password. Support may need to verify your identity before changing account details.

Logging in on your phone
